- Subject of purchase: The Consumer pays for the service of distribution and transmission of electric energy through the Supplier. The form of payment is "after payment". Payment of the cost of electricity consumption is made by the Consumer by transferring funds to the Supplier's current accountwithin 10 (ten) banking days from the date of receipt of the Act of purchase and sale of electric energy from the Supplier, if there are funds in the Customer's account in accordance with the budget classification. The participant undertakes to ensure the commercial quality of the supply of electric energy, which provides for timelye and fully informing the Customer about the conditions of electricity supply, prices for electric energy and the cost of the services provided, providing explanations of the provisions of acts of current legislation that regulate the relations of the Parties, conducting accurate and transparent calculations with the Customer, as well as the possibility ofresolution of disputed issues through pre-trial settlement. The terms of the supply of electric energy to the Customer must comply with the current legislation in the field of electric power, which regulate the relations of the parties in the process of supplying electric energy. To ensure uninterrupted supplysupply of electric energy to the Consumer The Supplier undertakes to carry out timely purchase of electric energy in volumes that, under appropriate conditions, will ensure the satisfaction of the demand for the consumption of electric energy by the Consumer.
