• Purchase type: goods Classifier and its corresponding code: DK 021:2015: 09310000-5 — Electric energy Delivery (handover) term of goods: from 12.10.2025, but not earlier than the date of change of the Supplier, which is confirmed by the corresponding notification of the Administrator of commercial accounting until December 31, 2025 inclusive. The place of delivery (handover) of the goods is the Consumer-s facilities, the list of which is given in Appendix 1. The Supplier under this Agreement does not have the right to demand from the Consumer any other payment for the supply of electricity, except stipulated by the terms of this Agreement. The total cost of this Agreement is calculated and changed in accordance with Appendix 2 to this Agreement....
