Type of purchase: goods Classifier and its corresponding code: DC 021:2015: 09310000-5 — Electric energy The beginning of the term (period) of supplying electric energy to the Consumer is the date specified in the Application, which is Appendix No. 3 to this Agreement. Provider undertakes to supply the Consumer with electricity by 12/31/2026 (inclusive). The Consumer settles with the Supplier for electric energy at prices determined in accordance with the mechanism for determining the price of electric energy, in accordance with commercial offer, which is Appendix No. 5 to this Agreement.
