- Subject of procurement: The price of the tender offer = Tfact * ะค, where ะค is the planned amount of electricity consumption (kW*h), which the Customer intends to purchase based on the results of this procurement procedure. Calculation of the price in accordance with para. 1 h. 3 st. 22 of the Law, for which the Participant agrees to fulfill the order,should be carried out as follows: Tsfact = (Tsod*(1 K/100) T)*1.2; where: Tsfact is the cost of electricity for the calculation period; "Tsod" is the price for 1 kWh of electric energy. "Cd" for this procurement procedure cannot be lower than the projected price of RDN UES, which for this procurement stateovit - 3.87143 hryvnias. for 1 kWh without VAT. This value is defined as the weighted average price for RDN in the trade zone of the United Energy System for January 2024, according to the official data of SE "Market Operator" posted on its website www.oree.com.ua, taking into account the indicator of the range of possibleprice fluctuations during the supply period. The Customer sets the value of this indicator to be the same for all Participants. "Tsod" does not include VAT, T, C.
