- Subject of purchase: Payment for the supplied electric energy under this Agreement shall be made by the Consumer within 30 working days from the moment the parties sign the Act of purchase and sale of electric energy and acceptance and transfer of services for the relevant billing period. To ensure uninterrupted dataof services for the supply of electric energy to the Consumer, the Supplier undertakes to carry out the timely purchase of electric energy in volumes that, under appropriate conditions, will ensure the satisfaction of the demand for the consumption of electric energy by the Consumer.
