- Electric energy, free prices, without distribution. The Customer's facilities belong to the "United Energy System of Ukraine" (hereinafter - UES of Ukraine), as they are located on the territory of the Ternopil district of the Ternopil region. TERMS OF PAYMENT: Payment of the invoice and the act of acceptance and transfer of the goods of the Suppliermust be carried out by the Consumer within the terms specified in the invoice and act of acceptance-handover of the goods, within 14 calendar days from the date of its receipt, but no later than the 20th day (inclusive) of the month following the month of electricity supply. According to Article 23 of the Budget Code of Ukraine, the budgetobligations and payments from the budget are made only if there is a corresponding budget allocation. In the event of a delay in financing for the specified purposes, the Consumer makes payments with the Supplier within 20 (twenty) calendar days from the date of receipt of funds to his account. Name of Operatora for distribution/transmission of electric energy - OJSC "Ternopiloblenergo"; Category of the Consumer's measuring platform - Group "B" without ASKOE; Voltage class - 2; In the price of the offer, the participant is obliged to include the costs of electricity transmission services at the regulated tariff.
