Subject of procurement: The procurement is carried out in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Public Procurement", taking into account Resolution of the CMU of October 12, 2022 No. 1178 "On approval of the features of public procurement of goods, works and services for customers provided for by the Law of Ukraine "On Publicprocurement", for the period of validity of the legal regime of martial law in Ukraine and within 90 days from the date of its termination or cancellation" (with changes). The Law of Ukraine "On the Electricity Market", Resolution of the NCRECP dated 14.03.2018 No. 312 "On Approval of the Rules of the Retail Electricity Market", Resolutionand NCRECP dated 14.03.2018 No. 309 "On approval of the Transmission System Code", NCRECP Resolution No. 307 dated 14.03.2018 "On Approval of Market Rules", NCRECP Resolution No. 1388 dated 09.11.2017 "On Approval of Licensing Conditions for the Conduct of Business Activities in the Transmission of Electric Power energy", decreesNKREKP dated 12.27.2017 No. 1469 "On approval of the Licensing conditions for conducting business activities for the supply of electric energy to the consumer".
