Subject of procurement: Electric energy, formula pricing, without distribution. Scope of procurement: electrical energy of the 2nd voltage class - 13,072,300 kWh. Place of supply of electrical energy: Consumer facilities located on the territory of Ukraine (except settlements, on the territory of which bodies whereof the state authorities of Ukraine temporarily do not exercise their powers), and are connected to local distribution networks in accordance with the requirements of the Code of distribution systems, approved by Resolution of the NCREKP dated 14.03.2018 No. 310, the location of which is indicated in the Applications. (city of Dnipro, 66 Malinovsky St., V. Stoskresenska, 13, Dnipro Postal dead end #29 st. Dnipro; Kyiv, str. Instytutska, 9, str. Instytutska, 11-b, str. Instytutska, 12, Nauky Ave., 7, str.
