The start of the supply of electric energy to the Consumer is the date specified in the application for connection, which is Appendix 1 to this Agreement. The Consumer has the right to freely change the Supplier in accordance with the procedure, specified PRREE and terms of this Agreement. Under this Agreement, the Supplier has no right to demand from the Consumer any other payment for electricity that is not specified in the commercial offer, which is Appendix 2 to this Agreement. .
