- Type of procurement: goods Classifier and its corresponding code: DK 021:2015: 09310000-5 — Electric energy The start of the supply of electric energy to the Consumer is the date specified in the Joining Application. Under this Agreement, the Supplier has no right to demand from the Consumer any other charge for electricity, not specified in the Commercial Offer (Appendix 2). The Consumer has the right to freely change the Supplier in accordance with the procedure defined by PRREE and the terms of this Agreement. The consumer has the right to adjust the contractual price the amount of electricity supply in the calculation month.
