- Electric energy, without distribution. The participant of the request for the price of offers must take into account the following requirements for the formation of the price. The price of the offer must be calculated as follows: The price of electric energy is calculated according to the formula: Ts = (K * Tsa + Tosp + M) * 1.2, where: Ts is the cost of electric energy for the calculation period; Tsa is the price for 1 kWh of electric energy. Tsa is the weighted average price for RDN in the trade zone of the United Energy System of Ukraine for October 2025 according to the data of the SE Market Operator posted on its website www.oree.com.ua, taking into account the range indicator possible price fluctuations during the delivery period. The Customer sets the value of this indicator to be the same for all Participants plus five percent upwards. Tsa - predicted cost of electric energy for the calculation period (rounding according to mathematical rules, but no more than five digits after a comma); Tosp - the current tariff for the transmission of electric energy is established by the resolution of the National Commission that carries out state regulation in the spheres of energy and communal services On establishing the tariff for electric energy transmission services of NEK UKRENERGO, Tosp is a regulated component Contract prices. 1.2 - mathematical expression of the value added tax rate (VAT - 20%), which is calculated according to the Tax Code of Ukraine.
