Subject of purchase: Terms of payment (order of calculations): payment for the supplied electric energy is made by the Consumer on the basis of the Act of acceptance and transfer of the Goods signed by the Parties no later than within 10 (ten) working days from the moment of its signing, but taking into account the requirements of the Resolution of the CMU indated June 9, 2021 No. 590 "On approval of the Procedure for the exercise of powers by the State Treasury Service in a special regime under martial law" (with amendments) Electric energy, formula calculation (price for 1 kWh = base price of the supplier's margin). The procedure for calculating the price formula for electricityelectric energy is in the draft contract. When submitting a proposal, participants must take into account the provisions of the Law of Ukraine dated April 15, 2014 No. 1207-VII "On ensuring the rights and freedoms of citizens and the legal regime in the temporarily occupied territory of Ukraine." And also take into account that in Ukraine, customers needundertakes to carry out public procurement of goods, works and services from citizens of the Russian Federation/Republic of Belarus (except for those residing on the territory of Ukraine on legal grounds); legal entities formed and registered in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation/Republic of Belarus; legal entities formed and registered in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine, the ultimate beneficial owner, member or participant (shareholder), having a share in the authorized capital of 10 percent or more (hereinafter - assets), which is the Russian Federation/Republic of Belarus, a citizen of Russia.. .
