Subject of purchase: Electric energy, formula pricing, without distribution. Delivery of goods 24/7 to the Customer's address. Postpaid Payment is made subject to the availability of budget financing within 10 banking days from the moment of issuing the deed of purchase and sale and/or to the extent of financingram When submitting its proposal, the Participant must take into account that the margin of the participant/supplier cannot be negative. The price of electric energy is calculated according to the formula: Tsfact = (Tsod * (1 K / 100) T) * 1.2;t*h of electric energy. The "CSO" for this procurement procedure cannot be lower than the predicted price of the RDN of the UES, which for this procurement is UAH 4.672479. for 1 kWh without VAT. This value is defined as the weighted average price for RDN in the United Energy System trade zone for December 2023year at the time of formation of the purchase - UAH 4.43930 per 1 kWh without VAT according to the data of SE "Market Operator" posted on its website www.oree.com.ua, taking into account the indicator of the range of possible price fluctuations during the supply period.
