- Subject of purchase: Method of delivery of the Goods*: - in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On the Electric Energy Market", the Rules of the Retail Electric Energy Market, approved by the Resolution of the National Commission for State Regulation in the Energy and Utilities Sectors of 03.14.2018 No. 312. Terms of payment: Postpaid. Payment of the cost of electric energy under this Agreement is made by the Consumer exclusively by transferring funds to the Supplier's account, provided that the Supplier provides it by the 12th of the month following the calculation, and for December by the 20th of the current monththis, of the act of acceptance and transfer, including in the personal account of the consumer, located on the official website of the supplier. Payment is made within 5 working days from the moment of issuing the act of acceptance and transfer.
