- Electricity, formula pricing, no distribution. The expected volume of electricity supply for the period from 01.01.2026 to 31.12.2026 is 246,000 kWh (Class 2 Group B) and corresponds to the expected volume of purchase of electricity distribution (transmission) services from the operator distribution systems. The consumer has concluded a contract for the distribution of electric energy with VINNITSIAOBLENERGO JOINT-STOCK COMPANY. Volumes of electricity purchases may be reduced depending on the actual financing of expenses. The term (term) of delivery of goods: from 01.01.2026 to 31.12.2026. Place delivery (handover) of goods: according to Appendix 4 to the Agreement. In order to ensure the continuous provision of services for the supply of electric energy to the Consumer, the Supplier undertakes to carry out the timely purchase of electric energy in volumes that, under appropriate conditions, will ensure the satisfaction of the demand for consumption of electric energy by the Consumer. The Supplier undertakes to ensure the quality of the services provided to the Consumer under this Agreement, which includes timely and complete information to the Consumer about the conditions of electricity supply, electricity prices and the cost of the services provided, providing explanations regarding the provisions of acts of current legislation that regulate the relations of the Parties, conducting accurate and transparent settlements with the Consumer, as well as the possibility of resolving disputed issues through pre-trial settlement.
