- Purchase item: Electricity, free prices, without distribution from 01.01.2024 to 31.12.2024 inclusive, according to the list of points of commercial accounting for consumer objects. Payment is made in accordance with Article 49 of the Budget Code of Ukraine. Pursuant to Article 23 of the Budget Code of Ukraine, budget liabilities and payments from the budget are made only if there are appropriate budgetary purposes. In case of budget financing delay, the calculation for the delivered electricity shall be carried out within 10 (ten) working days from the date of receipt by the consumer of budgetary purposes for financing the procurement in his registration account. The Zamovtor concludes a contract with the winner of the selection and/or rejects the proposal of the winner of the selection 822 of September 14, 2020.
