Execution of works on the supply and installation of the HVAC system at Mann+Hummel Filtration Technology Ukraine LLC at the address: st. Shchaslyva, 1-a, Krasyliv, Khmelnytskyi region To participate in the Tender, the Contractor must review and fill out the package of tender documentation (1. BОQ; 2. Subcontract Agreement - elaborated and provide protocol of disagreements); After processing the tender documentation, the Contractor must provide a completed package of tender documentation and add the following documents to the package: -Commercial offer- must be signed by an authorized person and certified with a seal; - Completed tab "ВОQ Installation of a retaining wall and columns" - Certificate of arbitrary form, a scan copy of a similar contract and a document confirming its execution (Act of completed works); -Extract with EDR (full) as of the date of submission of documents; - The Statute in the current edition (all pages, including the back pages, which contain information); - Description signed by the state registrar for making changes to the constituent documents (regarding the statute in the current version); - License to perform works related to the creation of architectural objects with applications; - Special permits and declarations granted to the Subcontractor for the performance of high-risk works and for the operation of machines, mechanisms, and high-risk equipment; -Certificates of employees on completion of training on OP and TV; qualification certificates of employees; - Copy of the passport and code of the manager (signatory) of the Subcontractor; -A power of attorney or other document confirming the authority of the Subcontractor's signatory (for availability); - Balance sheet (Report on the financial status) of the Subcontractor - the last submitted (registered); - Subcontractor's report on financial results (Report on total income) - the last submitted (registered); - Report of the Subcontractor on the EES (Report on the amounts accrued wage...
