NGO "New Ukrainian Narratives" invites interested specialists to participate in the process of external potential/level of development of CSOs Description development of CSOs with the indication of priority areas of development. The volume of work: interviewing, online surveys of management members and CSO members of the CSO team conducting a directly two -day facilitated session during which acute organizational needs are discussed and a step -by -step plan for their elimination is developed, responsible persons, the necessary resources, etc. are determined, etc., the potential assessment and level of development of the organization are determined. Processing and development of recommendations for each evaluated area of organizational development of CSO preparation of a detailed report with the recommendations made.
