Because Naguz "Healthy" is announced a tender for involving an external consultant or communication agency in order to update the organization's communication strategy, taking into account modern challenges, audiences and communication channels. 1. The purpose of the tender updating the communication strategy of the organization with the purpose of: systematization of communication processes; increasing the coverage of the target audience; strengthening trust in the fund by the public, partners and donors. 2. Expected results have developed an updated communication strategy, taking into account targeted audiences, key messages and channels. A clear plan of action for implementation of the strategy (including calendar of activity, KPI) is proposed. Recommendations for systematization of internal and external communications have been provided. Increased audience coverage and recognition of the fund.
