The Hub Sustainable Initiatives NGO announces a tender for providing facilitated strategization services for a long -term strategy for three years and an operational plan for the next year. The main tasks: meeting-briefing to get acquainted with the team and reconciling expectations; Analysis of the context of the organization and its organizational capacity (individual interviews with team members, analysis of documentation and other sources of information); Conducting strategic sessions with the team (4 persons); Finalization of the developed strategy; The final meeting on the results of strategy; Preparation of the final report and recommendations.
