Description:
The audit should be conducted by an audit firm (hereinafter referred to as the Contractor) in accordance with the International Audit Standards issued by the International Federation of Accountants (IFAC) in the amount specified in this tender proposal. The experience of auditing in non -profit organizations is mandatory. The subject of the audit is to check the financial statements for 2024, which consists of a balance sheet as of December 31, 2024, a report on financial results for 2024, and notes to the financial statements for 2024. Stage 1. Verification of financial statements. The contractor must check: compliance with the accounting policies used and the general submission of financial statements with notes; The state of accounting, its organization and internal control; compliance with activity, including tax legislation; Input balance as of 01.01.2024 and the formation of financial results for 2023; Accounting of assets and liabilities in the context of financial statements and accounting by charitable and/or social projects; Accounting of the organization's income and expenses and compliance with the requirements of national legislation; Advice of relevant experts of the organization in preparation of the dock package ...
