Description:
Subject of purchase: Fresh-frozen hake without heads, 200-400g, DSTU 4378, 1 kg must meet the following characteristics in terms of appearance, smell, taste, color, and consistency upon delivery. Frozen fish must be delivered disassembled, without entrails of the 1st grade and by agreement from 2 to 15%fat, the length of the carcass is not less than 17 cm, according to the requirements of DSTU. The surface of the fish is clean, naturally colored, without external damage. The consistency of frozen fish is firm, after thawing it is dense. The smell is characteristic of fresh fish. Delivery of goods according to applications (every Monday) and Annex No. 2 of the project contractin. Each batch of goods is accompanied by: — a copy of documents certifying the quality of the goods. When concluding and signing the contract, the Supplier must provide the Customer with copies of DSTU ISO "Food Safety Management Systems" certificates. Requirements for any organizationsof the food chain, issued in the name of the Supplier. Each batch of goods is accompanied by a copy of documents certifying the quality of the goods, labeling is provided based on the requirements of the Law of Ukraine dated 06.12.2018 No. 2639-VIII "On information for consumers regarding food products". Allows deliveryproducts whose shelf life has expired by no more than 10%.
