Description:
Subject of purchase: Fresh-frozen hake fish (carcass) without scales, gutted. The fish must be filleted, without heads, with the caudal fin removed, whole, dry frozen, frozen no more than once. Fish carcasses should be at least 350-400 g (frozen). Non-GMO, which should be notedbut on the packaging. The surface of the fish is whole, even, clean, undeformed, of a natural color, the consistency of the muscles is dense, elastic, typical for this type of fish. The smell after defrosting is characteristic of fresh fish without extraneous odors, without a weakened consistency, without mechanical damage, hemorrhages, deformations, the belly without cracks, not yellowed, without signs of drying and mold, not bitter. The presence of ice is not allowed. Packaging: 10 kg in a box. The fish must be packed in heat-sealed bags or liner bags made of polymer materials, and then in boxes made of materials approved for useI'm in the food industry. It is mandatory to have labels indicating the product name, manufacturer, date of manufacture, expiration date, storage conditions, nutritional and energy value, reference to regulatory and technical documentation in accordance with the accompanying delivery documents.The shelf life of the product at the time of delivery should be at least 80% of the total shelf life.
