Subject of purchase: 1) Fruit and berry juices (apple, peach, grape, orange, pineapple, multi-fruit, etc.) Consumer packaging: "Tetrapak", 0.95-1 l2) Tomato juice Consumer packaging: "Tetrapak", 0.95-1 l Fruit and vegetable juices - suitable for food, manufacturedmade from high-quality fruit, berry and vegetable raw materials, good-quality ripe, fresh or preserved fresh by cooling or other methods of fruits and vegetables. Lightened and with pulp. The mass fraction of the fruit part should be at least 40% for fruit and berry juices, for tomato -not less than 100%. The smell and taste must be characteristic of the corresponding fruit and vegetable. All products must meet the following requirements: 1. The taste and smell are characteristic of the corresponding type of juice, without extraneous taste and smell. 2. Marking should contain information: product name, manufacturerdate of manufacture, expiration date, storage conditions, nutritional and energy value, etc. 3. Each batch of goods must be accompanied by documents certifying quality and safety. 4. The minimum shelf life of the product at the time of delivery to the Customer must be at least 80% of the originaltotal storage period.5.
