- Subject of procurement: The procurement of goods is carried out in accordance with Resolution of the CMU No. 1178 of October 12, 2022 (as amended). According to Resolution of the CMU No. 178 dated 02.03.2022 "On some issues of taxation of value added tax at a zero rate during the period of martial law" it is established that todeclaration or cancellation of the martial law operation for the supply of goods for refueling (refueling) or providing transport for the Armed Forces, the National Guard, the Security Service, the Foreign Intelligence Service, the State Border Guard Service, the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the State Emergency Serviceii, the State Security Department, the State Service for Special Communications and Information Protection, other military formations formed in accordance with the laws, their units, military units, divisions, institutions or organizations maintained at the expense of the state budget, for the needs of securitydefense of Ukraine, protection of public safety and interests of the state are subject to value added tax at a zero rate. Vouchers/scratch cards must have a denomination of 10 and/or 20 liters, have an indefinite validity period or a validity period of at least 365 calendar days with the possibility of subsequent replacement of the nevuscoupons/scratch cards used by the Buyer, and operate at all gas stations where there is a mandatory guaranteed possibility of refueling using coupons/scratch cards provided by the Supplier.
