- Subject of purchase: Gasoline A-95 - DSTU 7687:2015 (DSTU 4839:2007) and/or the Technical Regulation on requirements for automobile gasoline, diesel, marine and boiler fuels, approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated August 1, 2013 No. 927; diesel fuel - DSTU 7688:2015 (DSTU 4840:2007) and/or to the Technical Regulations on requirements for automobile gasoline, diesel, marine and boiler fuels, approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated 01.08.2013 No. 927. The location of gas stations (further - gas stations) of the Participant (which are used or owned by the Participant) forpossession of fuel by the Customer - in the city of Chernihiv, Chernihiv region and other regions on the territory of Ukraine, the presence of at least 5 (five) gas stations in the territory of Chernihiv region is mandatory, but in any case not less than: - one gas station in - Chernihiv city; - one gas station - in each regional center on the territoryregions of Ukraine (24 regions and the city of Kyiv) (except for the temporarily occupied territories of Luhansk and Donetsk regions and the territory of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea). Fuel is dispensed using cards (smart cards) or coupons (permit forms) 24 hours a day without any limit on the amount of fuel as needed by the Customer.
