Purchase type: goods. Classifier and its corresponding code: DK 021:2015: 09130000-9 — Oil and distillates. The transfer of ownership of the Goods to the Buyer is carried out by the Supplier around the clock (except for technical breaks) at the gas station, by: using Fuel cards by the Buyer. Delivery of the Goods to the Buyer accordingly The contract is carried out by the Supplier at gas stations by refueling cars upon presentation of fuel cards that are valid in the Supplier's gas station network throughout Ukraine and necessarily: in the city of Romny, Sumy region.
