Gasoline A-95 (Euro 5), coupon, 1l Paragraph 1 of Resolution No. 178 dated 02.03.2022 establishes that until the termination or cancellation of martial law, operations for the supply of goods for refueling (refueling) or providing transport for the Armed Forces, the National Guard, the Service of security, Slubodies of foreign intelligence, the State Border Service, the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the State Emergency Service, the State Security Office, the State Service for Special Communications and Information Protection, other military formations formed in accordance with the laws, their units, the armyparts, subdivisions, institutions or organizations maintained at the expense of the state budget, for the purposes of ensuring the defense of Ukraine, protecting the safety of the population and the interests of the state, are subject to value added tax at a zero rate.
