Type of purchase: goods Classifier and its corresponding code: DK 021:2015: 09130000-9 — Oil and distillates The participant must have an extensive network of gas stations located in the Sumy region, namely: Okhtyrka, Trostyanets. Payment for the goods is made by the Customer transfer of funds to the Participant's account based on the statement of the invoice and the invoice for the Goods within 3 (three) banking days from the moment the Participant transfers the Goods to the Customer's ownership. In case of delay in payment by the Customer, as budget institution (lack of funds on the current account), the Customer undertakes to pay for the Goods delivered by the Participant with a 30-day payment delay.
