Type of purchase: goods Classifier and its corresponding code: DK 021:2015: 09130000-9 — Oil and distillates The participant provides the exchange of fuel coupons at gas stations within the city of Khmelnytskyi, one of which must be located on the highway at a distance of more than 2.5 km. from the location of the Customer (Khmelnytskyi, 52, Simona Petlyura St.). The right of ownership of the Goods is transferred to the Buyer at the time of transfer of trust documents by the Seller (coupons with a denomination of 10 l and/or 20 l) and can be realized by the Buyer in at any moment after payment for the Goods upon presentation of coupons at gas stations within their validity period (at least 12 months).
