The supply of the Goods is carried out by refueling the Buyer's vehicle at the Supplier's gas station, using the Supplier's coupons. The number of supplier's gas stations is at least two on the territory of the Yarmolynetsk Territorial Community of the Khmelnytsky Region. Payment for the delivered Goods is made by cashless transfer of funds to the Supplier's current account specified in this Agreement, within 30 banking days from the date of signing by authorized representatives of the Parties of the Supplier's invoice for the Goods.
