The fact of conclusion of the Agreement is evidenced by the order of coupons in accordance with this Agreement. Delivery (issuance) of fuel according to the supplied coupons is carried out at the Supplier's (Seller's) own gas stations (leased, partner ones), the list of which defined in the List of Gas Stations (Appendix No. 2 to this Agreement).
