Description:
Gasoline A-95 (Euro 5), coupon for generators. The location of one of the NEFTEK Gas Station Networks of the Supplier must be within 15 kilometers from the legal address of the Customer-s territory and at which there is a mandatory guaranteed possibility of refueling according to the coupons provided Participant, for all nomenclature purchase items. The fuel is transferred to the Customer's ownership in individual lots upon order. The quantity and cost of each batch is determined in the delivery invoice. The order is issued in writing and must contain information on the quantity and assortment of each individual batch of Goods, date of order, signature of the person authorized to send the order on behalf of the Customer. The order can be made by fax or e-mail. Fuel transferred to the property of the Customer, is stored at the Participant's NEFTEK gas station until the Participant transfers the Fuel to the Customer based on Vouchers. The validity period of fuel coupons/cards must be unlimited. Terms of payment: Payment for the Goods is made by the Buyer in actuality received Goods of appropriate quality by means of a cashless transfer of funds to the current account of the Supplier specified in the details of the Agreement, within 30 calendar days from the date of the invoice for the Goods. The goods will be delivered until December 31, 2025. Delivery coupons for the purchase of goods are made at the expense of the Participant, by sending them through the goods delivery company - Nova Poshta (Dnipropetrovsk region, Tomakivka village, NP branch 1, Sichova street, 2A).
