Subject of purchase: Gasoline A-95 (coupons) for the POG of Sumy RUP (Mykolaivska SR) Special requirements for the subject of purchase: For the purpose of carrying out mobilization tasks under martial law, introduced by Decree of the President of Ukraine dated February 24, 2022 No. 64 "On the introduction of martial law in Ukraine", and the answercorresponding to subparagraph "d" of subparagraph 195.1.2 of clause 195.1 of article 195 of the Tax Code of Ukraine, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine issued Resolution No. 178 dated March 2, 2022 "Some issues of taxation of value added tax at a zero rate during the period of martial law" (hereinafter - the resolution from 02.03.2022No. 178).
