Description:
The Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO) of the United Nations invites non-profit organizations to express interest in delivering capacity development services under Project 028/ITA, which aims to revitalize the wine value chain in Odesa Oblast, Ukraine. The project, funded by the Government of Italy, focuses on supporting smallholder wine and grape producers through three service areas (lots): (1) technical training, (2) business mentorship and planning, and (3) marketing and branding support. Interested organizations may apply for one or more lots. This EOI serves as a pre-qualification stage; shortlisted entities will be invited to submit full proposals later. All activities must be conducted locally, in Ukrainian, with an emphasis on PGI certification, inclusion, and sustainability.
