Description:
Procurement subject: Information on the technical, qualitative and quantitative characteristics of the procurement subject is set out in Appendix 4 to the tender documentation. Justification of the reference to the marking/type and regulatory compliance of the subject of purchase: Goods with specific marking or pos.clay (or equivalent), due to the production necessity of high quality goods and compliance with regulatory requirements, which is necessary for capital and current repair of the Customer's tram cars. According to the technical and operational properties, given by specialists in the technical partaccording to the customer's requirements, the spare parts have qualitative, operational and normative compliance with the established requirements and satisfy the needs of the Customer. The expected cost of the procurement item is determined within the planned costs, taking into account the requirements of the Order of the Ministry of Economy dated February 12, 2020 No. 275 "Onstatement of an exemplary methodology for determining the expected value of the procurement item", according to the received offers.
