Subject of the procurement: The procurement is carried out in accordance with the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of October 12, 2022 No. 1178 "On approval of the specifics of public procurement of goods, works and services for customers provided for by the Law of Ukraine "On Public Procurement", for the period of validity of the legal regime incurrent status in Ukraine and within 90 days from the date of its termination or cancellation (with changes). Delivery of goods during 2023 at the address: Khmelnytskyi region. m. Netishyn, st. Lisova, 1 (food block), delivery frequency: once a week, on weekdays from 08:00 a.m. until 3 p.m. 00 min. (small partiesand, according to the submitted application). Delivery to the destination, loading and unloading of the Goods is carried out by the Consignor at his own expense and with his own transport. To be transported in specialized transport with refrigerating equipment with appropriate temperature according to standards. Fishhake, headless carcasses, size range 200-400g, DSTU 4868, weight. Fresh-frozen fish: carcass, without heads, medium-sized patran. The mass of the block should not exceed 20 kg. Compliance with the requirements of the current sanitary legislation of Ukraine, food standards. The surface of the fish is whole, smooth, clean, and not deformed, natural color, the consistency of the muscles is dense, the smell after defrosting is characteristic of fresh fish without extraneous odors and tastes. The presence of ice is not allowed. The fish must be packed in heat-sealed bags or liner bags made of polymer materials, and then in corrugated boxes...
