Other information: in accordance with Clause 47 of the Special Features (Decision of the CMU dated 12.10.2022 No. 1178), the Participant independently declares in the electronic procurement system that there is no reason for refusing to participate in the procurement procedure provided for in this clause (except sub-clauses 1 and 7), which are implemented in the electronic procurement system.
