WHO Ukraine is issuing a Request for Proposal for the Implementation of STEPS survey the WHO Stepwise Approach to Non-Communicable Disease Risk Factor Surveillance in Ukraine.This is a seven (7) month project which will be carried out nationwide throughout Ukraine. The expected time period of the survey is expected to commence in January 2026 and finish in July 2026; however, the start date may be anticipated to December 2025 or postponed to February 2026.Should you be interested to participate, kindly send an e-mail to EUROUKRBIDS@who.int at the earliest, as confirmation of intention to Bid needs to be confirmed by Wednesday, 29 October 2025. Following your confirmation of intention to participate, we will share the tender package with you via e-mail. Any request following this date will not be considered. The deadline of the subject tender is of 12 November 2025, at 16:00 (Kyiv Time).
