Description:
The purpose of the project: to increase the efficiency of management and transparency of the public union of the "Strong League" by implementing the principles of proper governance. Task: Analysis of the current state: to evaluate existing procedures and management documents in the Union of Procedure: as the interaction of government - general meeting - administrative team. Documents: Statute, Politicians and Rules for Board, General Meeting and Administrative Team (approximately 2-3 politicians). Identify strengths and identify shortcomings in current processes. Development and approval of the change plan: to create a plan to implement the necessary changes to comply with the principles of proper government. To agree with the plan with the executive team and members of the Union, ensuring their participation in the decision -making process. Informing the members of the Union: Conduct a training session to familiarize the members of the Union with the principles of proper governance. Development of the necessary documents (this list can be supplemented on the basis of the analysis of the current situation and preparation of the Action Plan): changes to the Statute (if necessary) - the main provisions, lawyers of the Union will help to legally formulate.
