Description:
Subject of procurement: Justification of the technical and quality characteristics of the subject of procurement. For the provision of medical assistance and patient care, the customer purchases 50 ml injection syringes, three-component, without an additional needle, namely, with the characteristics - a 3-component injection syringemponent disposable sterile 50 ml Luer Lock with a needle, 18G (1.2x40 mm), because the specified product will best meet the customer's requirements and needs due to its quality and medical characteristics. Therefore, in order to comply with the principles of the Law of Ukraine "On Public Procurement" dated 12.25.2015 No. 922-VIII(with amendments), taking into account Resolution No. 1178 dated October 12, 2022 "On approval of the specifics of public procurement of goods, works and services for customers, provided for by the Law of Ukraine "On Public Procurement", for the period of the legal regime of martial law in Ukraine and within 90 daysfrom the day of its termination or cancellation", the customer made a decision to purchase this particular product. Source of financing: funds of the NSZU. Expected cost of the item of purchase: UAH 58,050.00, including VAT. The expected cost of the item of purchase is calculated on the basis of the information contained inelectronic procurement system "Prozorro" (according to the method of comparing market prices).
