Description:
In order to participate in the Tender, the Contractor must review and fill out the tender documentation package (1. Partition specification and thermal insulation; 2. Subcontract agreement - elaborated and provide a protocol of disagreements); After processing the tender documentation, The contractor must provide a completed package of tender documentation and add the following documents to the package: - Commercial proposal - must be signed by an authorized person and certified with a seal, - Commercial proposal in Excel format (completed Specification Partitions and thermal insulation with a preserved list of works and volumes with prices for each item except for materials - the Customer's material) - Certificate of arbitrary form, a scan copy of a similar contract and a document confirming its execution (Act of completed works);-Excerpt from the EDR (full) as of the date of submission of the documents;-Statute in the current version (all pages, including the back pages, which contain information);-Description signed by the state registrar for making changes to the founding documents of the current edition);-License for the performance of works related to the creation of architectural objects with applications;-Special permits and declarations granted to the Subcontractor for the performance of high-risk works and for the operation of machines, mechanisms, equipment of increased danger; -Certificates of employees on completion of training on OS and TB issues; qualification certificates of employees; - Copy of the passport and code of the manager (signatory) of the Subcontractor; - Power of attorney or other document confirming the authority of the signatory of the Subcontractor (if available); - Balance Sheet (Report on the Financial Status) of the Subcontractor - the last submitted (registered); the amount of accrued wages (income, financial support, assistance, compensation) of insured persons and the amount of the accrued single contribution to the mandatory st...
