- Gas stations (gas stations) that belong to the category of objects of increased danger in accordance with the Law of Ukraine On Objects of Increased Danger and relevant regulatory acts. Subject of insurance Insurance of civil liability for damage, caused to the life, health and/or property of third parties as a result of accidents, fires, explosions, spillage or leakage of dangerous substances (fuel, gas, etc.) on the territory of the gas station. 1. Basic requirements for insurance coverage Compliance with the terms of the current legislation of Ukraine regarding mandatory OPN insurance. Minimum insurance amounts — in accordance with the requirements of the National Bank of Ukraine and specific regulations of the CMU (insurance companies must provide current limits). Coverage of costs for: compensation for damage to life and health of third parties; compensation for damage to third-party property persons; expenses for the liquidation of the consequences of the accident. The possibility of extended coverage beyond the minimum limits. 2. Requirements for the insurer Possession of a license to carry out compulsory insurance of civil and legal liability OPN. Experience in fuel and energy insurance enterprises. Financial reliability and solvency (ratings, reporting). 3. In the commercial offer, please specify: the insurance amount and limits of liability; the amount of the insurance premium; the terms and procedure for settling insurance cases.
