Purchase type: goods Classifier and its corresponding code: DK 021:2015: 15330000-0 — Processed fruits and vegetables The quality of the goods must meet the requirements of the current state standards for the type of goods specified in the specification to this Agreement, and be confirmed by the manufacturer's declaration (certificate) or quality certificate. The goods provided for in this Agreement must comply with DSTU 4899:2007, the Law of Ukraine On Basic Principles and Requirements for the Safety and Quality of Food Products, and other requirements legislation in the sphere of circulation of food products. The payment for the Goods shall be made by the Buyer on the basis of the Seller's properly issued expense invoices within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the moment of receipt of the Goods.
