Description:
Subject of purchase: The Supplier will deliver the Goods until December 31, 2024 on the terms of DDP - 36011, Poltava, str. Mykoly Dmytrieva, 7a, according to the rules of INCOTERMS-2010". The delivery of goods must be carried out within 3 working days from the moment of receipt of the application sent by means of electronic communicationzku, or in a paper version and take place exclusively during the working hours of the institution. Delivery of narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances is carried out by the supplier's special transport at the supplier's expense to the cabinet for storing narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances and precursors. In vypaupon delivery of the Goods without a prior request from the Buyer, the latter has the right to refuse such batch of Goods without compensating the Supplier for transport costs, fines, etc. Settlements are carried out by cashless transfer of funds to the Supplier's bank account within15 banking days from the moment of delivery of the Goods.
