TECHNICAL TASK for Installation of porcelain tiles on the walls and floor in size 60*60 Explanation on the section Installation of porcelain tiles on walls and floor in size 60*60 at the construction site Reconstruction of a complete property complex at the address: Ukraine, Kyiv region, Buchansky district, village Parking lot, street 21 km of Zhytomyr highway, 7 (cadastral number: 3222482000:12:003:5146). Construction stage 1: Warehouse building No. 2 (1st and 2nd launch complexes), which will be carried out in 2024. BARGAIN BUY LTD The general period of performance of the works At the construction site, it is necessary to perform the installation of porcelain tiles on the walls and the floor in the size of 60*60 In the contractual price costs; housing rental costs; per diem for employees; engineering services; costs of mechanisms and tools; amortization; unloading of materials supplied by the Customer; Work must be performed according to the submitted price offer on the Customer's BОQ form. At during execution of works, the Contractor must comply with: - construction norms and standards; - regulatory and legal acts; - the requirements of OP, TV, fire safety during the performance of works; - carry out activities in compliance with environmental safety requirements, do not violate environmental rights and legal interests of other subjects; - to carry out economic and other activities without violating environmental protection legislation; - be responsible for compliance with pollutant content standards established for the corresponding type of vehicle substances in exhaust gases, discharges of pollutants and the influence of physical factors of mobile sources on the state of the natural environment. For acceptance of works by the Customer, the Contractor must develop executive documentation in accordance with the requirements General Contractor and technical supervision of construction.
