- NGO "Ukraine without Torture" invites interested persons to participate in the tender for the purchase of services for receiving the NCAGE code in the System Award Management (SAM) system "Ukraine without torture", as part of the Program "Initiative of Sectoral Support for Civil Society". According to the results of the tender, it is planned to conclude a memorandum of intentions for cooperation, with the subsequent conclusion of the contract. Task: The expert conducts one working meeting with the organization's team for analyzing preliminary attempts to submit documents to the SAM system. During the meeting, the expert identifies the causes of the refusals in the past submissions and discusses ways to eliminate them. The expert optimizes the documents of the organization in accordance with the requirements of the SAM system and submits them to obtain a NCAGE code.
