• Duties of the service provider-1. Contracting Law: development, analysis and legal expertise of contracts (purchase, sale, lease, supply, contract, etc.), support of negotiations and approval of the terms of contracts, protection of interests in violation of the terms works.2. Intellectual property: registration of patents for inventions, utility models and industrial designs, registration of copyright and related rights, registration of trademarks (signs for goods and services), licensing contracts, franchising contracts, acts of rights of intellectual rights property (in court and administrative), consultations on commercial secrecy and know-how.
