For providing rights provided for in the Agreement, in particular, for obtaining licenses for the use of Software products, the Licensee shall pay the Licensor a fee (license fee). Payment of the license fee by the Licensee is carried out by non-cash transfer funds to the Licensor's bank account. Payment of the license fee must be made by the Licensee through a one-time payment of the entire amount specified in clause 4.1 of the Agreement and the act of transfer-acceptance of intellectual property rights within 10 working days from his signature.
