The "Podorozhnyk" chain of pharmacies announces a commercial tender for the purchase and installation of a vertical lift for persons with disabilities. If the Supplier is NOT a VAT payer - the offer is still submitted with VAT (20%), in the event that a participant who is not a VAT payer is selected as the winner, the Customer will pay the cost goods excluding VAT.
